At Softbridge Technology, we take pride in delivering high-quality SEO services and custom art design. Your satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the digital and personalized nature of our services, we have specific guidelines regarding refunds and dispute resolutions.
1. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following conditions:

SEO Services:

If no work has been started, a full refund may be issued upon request within 48 hours of purchase.

If partial work has been completed, a prorated refund may be granted based on work delivered.

No refunds will be issued once a full SEO campaign or deliverable (e.g., keyword reports, optimization audits) has been sent or initiated beyond 50% completion.

Custom Art Design:

Due to the custom nature of artwork, refunds will only be granted if the project has not progressed past the sketch or concept stage.

If the client is dissatisfied with the initial draft, we offer up to two free revisions. Beyond that, a refund is not applicable unless mutually agreed upon.

No refund will be given once final artwork files are delivered or approved.

2. Dispute Resolution via Stripe
If you believe a charge was made in error or are dissatisfied with a service:

Contact us first at [your email/contact form] within 7 days of service delivery.

We will review your concerns and attempt to resolve the matter amicably within 5 business days.
If a resolution is not reached, you may escalate the issue through Stripe’s Dispute Process. Stripe will mediate based on:

Communication records

Deliverables shared
-
Timeliness and accuracy of claims
Note: Filing a chargeback without prior communication may void any future service agreements with Softbridge Technology.
3. Revisions & Adjustments

For all projects, client approval is required at key stages (e.g., sketch, draft, final).

Requests for major revisions after final approval are considered new work and billed separately.
