At Softbridge Technology, we value transparency and strive to provide a smooth experience for all clients. This policy outlines how cancellations are handled for our digital services, including SEO packages and custom art design.
1. General Terms
You may request a cancellation of any service by contacting us at support@softbridgetech.com within the allowed timeframes listed below.

All cancellations are subject to review.

Stripe will not allow cancellations of completed transactions unless compliant with our and their policy.

Refunds (if applicable) are governed by our Refund & Dispute Policy.
2. SEO Services

You may cancel your subscription or one-time SEO order within 48 hours of payment, if work has not yet started.

Once we have begun strategic analysis, keyword research, or any optimization tasks, cancellation is not permitted, but we may offer partial credit or defer the service (case-by-case).

Monthly recurring plans can be canceled anytime prior to the next billing cycle.
3. Custom Art Design

You may cancel a custom art order within 24 hours of placing it, provided sketching or conceptual work has not begun.

If creative work has started, a partial cancellation fee (typically 30–50% of the project cost) may apply to compensate for time and resources.

Once a final illustration or commissioned work is delivered or approved, cancellation is not possible.
4. Stripe Subscription Management
If you subscribed through Stripe:

You may manage or cancel your subscription through the Stripe billing portal or by requesting cancellation via our support team.

Once canceled, your access and services will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
